Workshop Refund Policy

Before Workshop Begins

• 100% refund if cancelled 14+ days before start date AND your spot can be filled by another participant (e.g., workshop is sold out and another participant can take your place)

• 50% refund if cancelled 7-13 days before start date AND your spot can be filled by another participant (e.g., workshop is sold out and another participant can take your place)

• No refund for cancellations less than 7 days before start date

After Workshop Begins

• No refunds once the workshop has commenced

• No exceptions for partial attendance or missed sessions

• No-shows are not eligible for refunds

Workshop Credits

• In special circumstances, we may offer a one-time credit toward a future workshop

• Credits must be used within 1 year

• Credits are non-transferable

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to the workshop facilitator email.

We reserve the right to make final decisions on all refund requests.
